MEGADETH
I Megadeth sono un gruppo thrash metal Statunitense formatosi a Los Angeles nel 1983. Sono considerati tra i più influenti e significativi sviluppatori del thrash metal, insieme a Metallica, Slayer ed Anthrax.Il gruppo è stato fondato da Dave Mustaine.
Nel corso della sua storia la band ha più volte cambiato stile musicale, passando dal thrash metal degli esordi ad un heavy metal melodico e poi, per un breve periodo, ad un hard rock dai contenuti industrial, ma negli ultimi anni ha riportato nel proprio sound parvenze di vecchie sonorità thrash.
